Be Your Family's Tree Master

Your Famzona Tree will eventually include every family member—past and present. Over time, each living relative will manage their own space. You can speed up this process significantly by helping now.

If no one in your family invited you to claim your space, you’re likely the first to join Famzona. That makes you the perfect fit to be your family’s Tree Master. You're smart, tech-savvy, and you understand the power of family.

Here’s how to get started as your family's Tree Master.

#1 Add Family Members

If you're the first to join, start by adding your family members. Use the Member List page for immediate family, and the Family Tree View for both immediate and extended family. Every family member gets their own personal space on Famzona.

#2 Give Account Access

When you add a living adult, a Placeholder account is created. You can transfer control to them so they can manage their own profile. Start the transfer from the Member List or the Settings page.

Adding a minor or a departed family member will create a Managed account, which stays under your control.

#3 Share Life's Moments

Add photos, videos, and events to the spaces you now manage. Have images of children or loved ones who’ve passed? Add them to their individual spaces. A photo from your late grandmother’s wedding? Create a milestone event in her space. Family stories passed down through generations? Preserve them here.

You can keep media and memories in each member’s space or share them with the entire family.

#4 Support and Encourage Newcomers

Inspire your family members to share family milestones, past and present.

Are you ready to be a Guardian of Legacies and a Connector of Generations? Great! Here we go.
